TUITION SCHEDULE FOR 2006/2007

Enrollment Fee for New Families $120 per family

Re-Enrollment Fee for Returning Families $ 80 per family

	Re-enrollment fee increases to $100 if re-enrollment forms are submitted after April 28, 2006.
	Enrollment and Reenrollment fees are separate from tuition, non-refundable, and must accompany the application.
	50% of the re-enrollment fee will be credited toward the 1^st month’s tuition if all the re-enrollment forms are complete and re-enrollment fee submitted by April 28, 2006.
	A 10 % discount per student will be applied for families with three or more students enrolled in DVCS.

Note: First month’s tuition is due on July 1^st and is non-refundable Jr. High/High School students will be charged an annual $150 ASB fee.

Financial Agreement

1. Each family must keep current with their tuition and fees. Tuition is due on the first of the month and considered late on the sixteenth of each month, at which time a late fee will be assessed.

2. Attendance will be suspended on the first day of the following month if any charges from the previous month remain unpaid. If, on the fifteenth of that same month, payment still has not been made, the student’s name will be placed on the waiting list and the first student on the waiting list may take that space in the classroom.

3. An annual $50 Scrip Fee will be charged with the 1^st month’s tuition. When scrip is purchased, tuition credit can be immediately earned.

4. Additional charges might include: Sports fee, lost or damaged book charges, insufficient fund fees, P.E. uniforms, etc.

5. There is a parent involvement requirement of 30 hours per family per school year. A waiver fee of $450 may be paid in lieu of parent involvement hours.

6. Should a student drop from DVCS, irrespective of the date of withdrawal, the entire month’s tuition and any previous charges are due, including a prorated portion of unfulfilled parent involvement fees.

7. Day Care will be billed at $3.50/hr. Any part of an hour will be billed as an entire hour.
