Our public school neighbors are experiencing deep cuts in funding which may result in increased class sizes and reduced educational services.
The California Department of Education has identified 11 out of 12 schools in the Ukiah Unified School District as currently requiring “program improvement” for failing to reach academic proficiency standards and failing to make adequate yearly progress.
